About Bigger Picture Painting

I would just like to start by thanking you for considering  my company for getting your job done for you this summer.

My name is Jessica Weckworth, and I am the Owner/Operator of our newly founded company, Bigger Picture Painting. I graduated from Trent University two years ago (in Peterborough, Ontario) within the top 10% of our graduating classes’ average. I hold an Honours Biology degree with a specialization in medical sciences.

What motivated the switch from science to painting? I know this path fulfills my ultimate goal of having a massive impact in the best way possible; hands-on local and global volunteering experiences increasing the quality of life for others. This includes supporting access to education by building schools in Kenya, scuba-diving in marine environments heavily impacted by pollution on clean-up teams, and raising funding for education and healthcare systems in countries that could use some serious help! Painting and serving communities like yours are how I intend to leave my mark in both the Parksville/Qualicum area and across the globe.

My company’s mission is to bring you and your family value by producing a quality job accompanied by great customer service. While a good paint job is something that many companies offer, I want to create a company culture that over delivers; I want to make this the smoothest trades experience possible and really focus on: clear communication, getting the job done right, keeping a clean and organized job-site, and producing the job in a timely manner.

I painted my way through University, having conducted hundreds of quality painting services. Last year, I took a production manager position for a painting franchise that pulled in nearly half a million dollars in revenue, with incredible recommendations to provide you.

I express my gratitude to you as a client for supporting our company and giving recently graduated students the opportunity to pay off student-loans, all while helping us serve yourself and others globally.
